What does this mean for you?

For orders already shipped via Purolator: Your order is still being delivered, but delays of approximately 3–5 days are expected.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund these orders.

For orders not yet shipped via Purolator: These will now be re-shipped through Canpar. Look out for a shipping confirmation email soon!

If your order is already with Purolator or Canada Post, we cannot re-ship, cancel, or refund it. It will be delivered as soon as services resume.
