Canada Post FAQs


While the strike is ongoing, we are working with alternative couriers to get packages shipped out to you. If you placed an order between 11/14-11/18/2024 and your order has been fulfilled, we are working hard to get those reshipped with the new couriers. Please keep an eye out for an email from our customer service team regarding new tracking information.

Unfortunately, if the order has been picked up by Canada Post, there's nothing we can do. Shipments will be delivered once Canada Post resumes service.

Returns are still affected but rest assured that we will honour extensions on any Canadian returns.
