    I typically wear a size S in clothing and often a M in underwear. I liked that I could buy my usual underwear size in these without worrying about how much my belly would grow. They sit nicely under the bump, making them very comfortable. I don't usually like low-rise underwear, but they make sense for pregnancy. I do notice the lack of support compared to a higher panty, so I prefer these for sitting vs. walking a lot. I usually like to buy 100% cotton, but the extra Lycra content in these does make them stretch comfortably without thick elastic bands at the waist and legs.

    I’m just about 17 weeks pregnant, but my skin and stomach were sensitive so early that I’ve tried several different maternity underwear styles. Must have uncomfortable elastic somewhere, whether at the legs or waist. These are fantastic. Great width and coverage to the gusset, no pinchy elastic, good height in the front and back. I’m usually a size 4-6, but based on other reviewers, I ordered both a size medium and large. The medium feels fine now, but the large fits as well and I think will be more comfortable through third trimester. I would definitely say these run small and recommend sizing up.
