    I have been tolerating uncomfortable, poorly fitting bras my entire life, despite having gone through professional fittings. The sizes I was told were way off, and after trying the Understance calculator, I finally have found something that is comfortable. I have never owned a bra where the centre part touched my chest, no wonder I have always had chafing issues! I wish I had tried these earlier! Life changing!

    Too small; straps too wide set

    This was a lovely bra but, although other Understance bras in 32J fit perfectly, this one was too tight! I did manage to do it up on the loosest hooks but the straps were so wide set that they fell off. I returned this bra. This is a real problem for me...almost every bra falls off my shoulders, which is really uncomfortable! I do not have linebacker shoulders; mine are quite sloped. The best bra for me is on that criss crosses in the back. The Tasha, which has a little hook to make the straps racer back is great. The Rhea doesn't have criss cross straps but they are not so wide set so they stay up. Why don't bra makers design bras that criss cross for those of us with large cups and small backs?

    I’ve spent a looooong time and a looooot of $$$ trying to find a bra that fits me properly, and I can finally say this is it. I used the online size video consultation and was recommended an H cup—much different from the DDD I had been wearing and recommended by another company previously. That alone was a total game-changer. I’ve always struggled with straps slipping off my shoulders and cups that just couldn’t contain me. With this bra, neither is a problem. The fit is secure and supportive, and for once, everything stays in place comfortably. To top it off, it’s beautiful and made with high-quality materials that feel amazing. I genuinely look forward to putting it on. I do wish I had found Understance sooner—but living in the U.S. has delayed many good things. This bra is worth every extra penny and tariff!!
