How it Works

  • Fill out a short form to help us prepare for your session
  • Check your email for confirmation and a meeting link
  • 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive an email asking to confirm your booking. Please click "Confirm" in the email to keep your spot

All You Need Are:

  • A measuring tape
  • A well-lit space and a good internet connection
  • An updated version of Zoom to ensure quick access to your meeting
  • A bra you currently wear (optional, but helpful)

Virtual Fitting Code of Conduct:

Understance maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment or inappropriate conduct during virtual appointments. Virtual fittings are strictly for fit guidance and product support. Behaviour intended to harm, intimidate, or harass our virtual fitting specialists will not be tolerated. This includes personal questions, inappropriate exposure, and abusive language. Any such actions will result in the immediate session termination, evidence collection, and will be reported to the police.

Yes, absolutely. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. All virtual fittings are done through secure video platforms, Zoom, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share. Our fit specialists are trained professionals who are here to support you in a respectful, non-judgmental environment.

No. Virtual fittings are never recorded. They’re private, one-on-one sessions with a trained fit specialist, and nothing from the call is saved or shared. We take your privacy seriously. However, in the event of indecent exposure, the specialist may record the session in order to gather evidence to report any misconduct to the proper authorities.

Nope! You’ll never be asked to remove clothing. We can guide you through the fitting using a bra you already own, or we can work off measurements and your fit preferences. If you’re comfortable showing how your current bra fits, that can be helpful — but it’s totally up to you.

You’re always in control. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you’re welcome to pause or end the session — no questions asked. Our team is here to support you, and we’ll never pressure you to do anything you’re not okay with.

Yes! After your fitting, your specialist will send a follow-up email with your recommended size, suggested styles, and any notes from the session. This way, you’ll have everything in one place when you're ready to shop.

We understand that even with expert guidance, finding the perfect fit sometimes takes a try or two. If something doesn’t work out, just reach out — we’ll walk you through our return process and help you find a better fit. If you bought final-sale products based on our fitting specialists’ recommendations, and they didn’t work out, we will honor a return.
