Shipping and Orders
We currently ship to the U.S and Canada only.
All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse team in British Columbia, Canada.
We offer free shipping for orders over $80 before tax and after discounts. We ship orders using UPS, USPS, and Canada Post.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed for Alaska, Hawaii and The Northern Territories will take longer.

Expedited shipping - $12.99USD – 2-5 business days
Standard shipping (expedited not available) - Free - 1-8 business days

We’ll send you an email confirming your order after your order has been placed, and another email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Contact customer service at email@example.com if you’d like to change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
Orders placed with free shipping can also be returned for free. Orders placed with paid shipping will have the return postage deducted from the refund if returned.
To qualify for return, items must be unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached. Underwear must be tried on over your own underwear, or other similar clothing. To ensure you receive a full refund, please remember to keep the tags attached, avoid snags and tears, and avoid smoke, perfume, and deodorant stains.
Items returned must be postmarked less than 30 days after the delivery date. (Orders placed between Nov 9 and Dec 26, 2021 can be returned within 60 days of delivery date.)
Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we'll do a quality inspection, and issue a refund to the original form of payment (including tax, but not including shipping) if the items meet return conditions.
Please allow 10-20 business days for our warehouse to process your return. For U.S. customers, once your returned items arrive at our carrier's U.S. warehouse, they will be shipped to our Canadian warehouse, which can take up to 7-10 additional business days.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you suspect an item is suffering from a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. If you decide you want to return your order, please fill out return form and we’ll issue a return label to print. Simply leave your return with the carrier on the shipping label and they’ll handle the rest.
Please note, we are not responsible for any orders sent back without a Understance-provided shipping label.
We will issue a refund via original form of payment within 10-20 days of receiving the item in our warehouse.

Our sizes currently range from 32A to up to 44G, 46F, 48E, and XS to XL.
