    I got this for a better alternative to the medical binder post mastectomy. I know there is a model for that, but they are always out of stock in my size. It is sooo soft. But the big disadvantage, is that my left arm is not 100% and it would have been nice to have the option for the closing side and to have slightly shorter shoulder bands. For a cancer mastectomy, being snug, not tight, under the arm is something that feels better than the swelling bulging out. I'll keep it cause it's the best I tried, but I'm not 100% satisfied.

    Just had bilateral mastectomy with no reconstruction, due to triple negative breast cancer in my L breast stage 2. I wanted something to be snug but comfortable and feel like my chest was protected after surgery. I love them I bought 3, in black. They have hooks on the sides, a little difficult after surgery but able to reach and stretch. This binder was exactly what I needed. I will buy it again. Originally I measured 38 inches prior to surgery. Now i am flat and love it. You should promote this for women that have had bilateral mastectomies.

    Promising Product, Needs Adjustment

    This unfortunately has been my second attempt at purchasing this item. I was initially very excited by the promise of a Canadian based company selling binders, and when I first received it the product was promising. The material quality was great, very soft and seemed unlikely to chafe with longer wear times as some binders do. Unfortunately, based on the size guide I initially ordered an XL, and was unable to even come close to clasping it. I returned it and tried again with the XXL. While I was able to close it on the largest option this time, it was with much difficulty and I could tell it was still too small. Notably, there was spillage in the armpits and I struggled to breathe comfortably. For a product such as this, appropriate size guides are incredibly important and unfortunately I do not believe the band size based sizing for this product is appropriate for those of us with larger cup sizes (I am a 40DD). The difference between measurements is too great to expect to compress down to our band size safely. As I said, I do think the product was otherwise well made and promised to be very sensory friendly otherwise. I have hope for improvement in the future, but be warned, if you're a larger cup size please size up from the current guide
